Terms and conditions of safari holiday:
When booking your holiday/Trekking with AFRICAN TRAVEL TOUR, please consider your intended date of arrival and departure, the number of pax travel and tour. This will help us meet your needs precisely and minimize unnecessary correspondences.
Please pay at least a 10% deposit and the balance you will pay upon arrival in Arusha in cash USD, or in cash Euro or in cash Pound or in cash Tanzania Shilling before the safari starts.
Payment and cancellation policy:
A deposit of 10% of the total invoice is required to secure your bookings once confirmed to you. The Balance of payment, you will pay upon arrival. Payments can be made either by Visa, Master card or by wire transfer to our bank account. Payments by credit cards attract a 5% bank surcharges.
Cancellation:
All cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancellation Policy
For bookings canceled or reduced in number between 45 and 30 days from the date of arrival, 50% of the booking cost will be charged.
For bookings canceled or reduced in number within 29 days from the date of arrival, or no show, 100% of the total value of the booking will be
charged.
Cancellation of airline tickets will be subject to the refund policy of each individual airline and may be greater than the percentages above particularly when low cost/net based fares are used.
